Worked ok here

I uninstalled Beta2 but didn't reboot (which I probably should have done), but Beta3 full client still installed fine for me. The installer is much cleaner and faster, and in just playing around with the client for a few minutes, I could see many improvements including a major boost in performance. Now I'm anxious to really dig into it. This actually looks useable unlike Beta2 which was several tads too slow. Way to go, IBM and the crew!
